Frank Pomeroy at the film bin which stood in his office. When this picture was taken, he was working on one of several 16mm silent color films that were shown at schools, churches, fraternal and women's organizations. They were used as speakers aids when the bureau sent out public speakers to make presentations. Frank's desk, where he had daily meetings with Major Hutton, was across the room from the film bin. The film bin was constructed in the carpentry shop upstairs from plans Frank drew up. |
